A touch of Rosso: Rare Ferrari 812 Competizione A lights up South Yarra

What a stunning sight under the South Yarra sunshine in Victoria, Australia! Parked on the street was a Ferrari 812 Competizione A Cavalcade 10th Anniversary Edition, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Finished in the gorgeous Rosso Taormina, a deep dark red with light red accents, the car looked incredible whether basking in direct sunlight or sitting in the shade. That paint absolutely comes alive in person.

Adding to the scene, parked just across the street was a Ferrari 488 Spider, creating a pretty epic combo for any car enthusiast. The 812 featured some really cool personalized touches as well - number 49 decals on the doors, an Australian flag, and the cherry on top: a matching "812A" license plate. Always love when the plate matches the car - it’s such a clean look.

As for the Cavalcade 10th Anniversary Editions, you might remember back in August 2024, we covered a handful of them that had been spotted in the wild. Among all the limited paint options, Rosso Taormina definitely stood out as the most popular. We also saw a decent number of cars in Blu Capri (a light blue) and a few finished in the deeper, elegant Verde Volterra (dark green).

However, two of the official colors from the Cavalcade lineup still haven’t surfaced on our radar: Bianco Courmayeur (white) and Argento Siracusa (silver). It’s got us wondering - did anyone actually spec an 812 Competizione, a 296, or an SF90 in either of these shades? Or are they still unicorns waiting to be found?

Have you seen any of these rarer Cavalcade Editions out in the wild - or better yet, do you own one? Let us know!
